ROBYN BONE

I have nearly thirty years of teaching experience. During this time I have been a subject teacher, taken on roles of responsibility and led my peers as a Leading Teacher, Assistant Principal and more recently as Acting Principal. I have always been a positive and passionate supporter of and for change.

 

At Kaniva College I have had the opportunity to develop and apply my pedagogy in a range of domain areas and across year levels from Foundation to Year 12. For several years I also worked with adult learners through the then University of Ballarat.

 

I have worked collaboratively with parents and other significant individuals in our school community.  I have been an active participant in the local community of Kaniva in varying roles. At all times I have striven to develop positive relationships with those who I have interacted with.

Why the Meerkat?

There are few animals on Earth who work as well together as Meerkats……groups of different sizes, from as little as three to as big as 50 members.........everyone in the mob participates……

I think they are great!
